hello! i thought i would let everyone know about the visibility of our forum.
before this announcement, only certain threads were locked to guests (those who are not registered), such as the abuse discussion forum. but i decided i am going to make every board restricted (other than 'welcome' and 'rules', etc) until someone is a member of the forum. i hope that will make everyone feel more comfortable to post freely.
and a question for you guys: does having to approve registrations first make you feel more comfortable? i was worried i was being too nervous when i opted for that setting, so i would just like to hear your input on if it makes you feel safer or not for members to be approved before being allowed on the forum.
